上星期拿機器去demo 結果出包當場老闆發飆 我是覺得沒怎樣啦 畢竟所有的demo都是一種測試 測試的目的就是為了找出問題 在家裡面出包永遠比在客戶手上出包來的好 所以出現問題是好事ㄚ 真可惜當場沒有人能跟我分享出包找問題的喜悅 只有無法停止的大聲咆嘯和無盡的藉口 哈哈
其實學校中的考試不也是這樣 好像考了100分的就沒事了 沒考100分的人呢 就該打該罵而不是找出為何成績不好 想出方法來幫助他呢 老師不是應該協助學生學習嗎? 讓老師整天考試其實是便宜了老師
問題也好 成績不好也好都不可怕 可怕的是對問題視而不見希望他會憑空消失最可怕
I think parental management style is a problem in Taiwanese company. They are looking an excuse for failure and not a way to success. Testing is part of the development cycle. It typically takes a longer time to test than the actual development time for a complicated system. NASA's probe were still debugging software during it's flight to Mars. They were lucky that the probe only get to use the software once. For reusable product, testing is even more critical! Hope your boss get over his emotional barrier - a sign of inexperience.
