老花就是說當你看東西時 必須要用"手"調整焦距 而不是眼睛自動調整 哈哈 最近開始感受到老花的威力 因為看電路板上小小的字已經看不清楚 跳線排珍都會不小心插錯....

According to my eye-doctor, hyperopia (farsightness) usually occur between 42-45 years old man and women in 38-42. Since you also have myopia (nearsightness), the net impact is not as severe as people who have no other eye condition prior to this period. My suggestion is to go visit an eye-doctor (not glasses store) and check it out to make sure there is no other issue.
