In short, Mr. Obama did not said anything about China Currency manipulation. It was stipulated in a document during Treasury secretary Geithner's confirmation hearing (it would be nice to have a confirmation of the cabinet member in Taiwan, ha! ha!). Every county's central bank "manipulate" currency to some degree and Bush Adminstration has been making this accusation to China for years, do not see any new meaning of this reporting.
