對北市停車管理處現行要求偽造者補繳停車費的作法，林奕華也不滿說，民眾偽造停車證目的不在省停車費，是為停車方便，相關單位應研究新增蓋浮水印或鋼印措施；另，參考驗偽鈔筆或刷條碼機，研發可直接比對資料的設備，方便稽查。

RFID should be a good way to solve this problem. Parking in Handicap lot in US without proper documentation is not paying the nominal parking fee. It is 500 USD per offense. There is no need to clog up the court house for parking violation just pay 100x the nomal parking fee would do.
